Rent Workshop Space

Rent the PSA Classroom for your workshop or short-term studio

Our 270 sq. ft. classroom is available by the hour, week or month. When reserving on an hourly basis, please include set-up and breakdown time in your rental request.

Classroom rental includes one basic announcement of your event in our newsletter on the week of First Friday and a listing on our website events calendar.

Amenities:

• Close to water/paint sinks
• Some storage available for recurring rentals
• Locking door
• Tables and chairs available: One 8′ table, two 6′ tables, one 5′ table, two 4′ tables, 25 chairs

Hourly: $15/hr
Daily: $90/day
Weekly: $200/wk
Monthly:  $450/mo

Students/Non-profits Rates

Hourly: $10/hr
Daily: $60/day
Weekly: $150/wk
Monthly: $400/mo

PSA, interns & Volunteers* Rates

Hourly: $5/hr
Daily: $35/day
Weekly: $100/wk
Monthly: $350/mo

*To receive the discounted pricing benefit, interns and volunteers must work at PSA at least five hours per month.
